If you can not log in to our Web Site with the given Customer Name and Password, likely the cause is that your security settings are set too high, or that you just typed it in incorrectly. This site uses "COOKIES" as most e-commerce sites today use. These "COOKIES" enable all your customer information and settings to remain on your computer so if you leave your computer, or leave our site and come back, your order information is still there. The "COOKIE" will remain on your computer for 24 hours from the time you first log on.

Top Change these settings, In your Internet Browser, go to "TOOLS" - "INTERNET OPTIONS" and click on the "SECURITY TAB" Either look for the setting that says "ENABLE COOKIES" and check this off, or set your security settings to "MEDIUM" Surfing the internet at "MEDIUM SECURITY" is still very safe.

You can find out what you have for Internet explorer by doing the following. Open Internet explorer; click on “HELP” then on “ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER”.  This will tell you exactly what you have.
